MOM'S MEAT LOAF | |
2 lb. chopped chuck ground beef 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. Accent (optional) 3 tbsp. cracker meal 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground or black pepper 2 eggs 1 tsp. mustard Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Mix ingredients by hand and mold meat into a loaf. Set aside in a small rectangular or roasting pan and add 1/2 cup of water. Chop 1 small onion, 1 small green pepper, 1 stalk celery into cubes. Set aside. Place meat loaf in oven for approximately 1/2 hour. Take meat loaf out and pour off fat. Then pour a small jar of spaghetti sauce over meat loaf and fill jar with water and add. Place chopped vegetables in pan and cook for 1 1/2 hours. |
