MOMS' MEAT LOAF 
4 slices day old bread (broken in pieces)
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 bouillon cube
1 c. warm milk
2 beaten eggs
2 lbs. chuck
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. hot water

Soften bread in warm milk. Add eggs, onions, meat and seasonings. Mix thoroughly and form into loaf in greased pan. Spread with salad oil. Top with chili sauce.

Dissolve bouillon cube in warm water and pour around loaf. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste with juice every 15 minutes. 6-8 servings.
