MOM'S MEATLOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
2 slices bread
1 or 2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. dried onion
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Using a blender reduce bread to crumbs. Blend all ingredients except sauce. Shape into a loaf in a baking dish. Bake 350 degrees, 30 minutes. Pour sauce over meatloaf and bake 15 minutes more.

This can be microwaved. Shape into a round loaf and cook 70% power 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
