PICKLED OKRA | |
3 c. water 6 tbsp. salt Garlic buds 3 c. vinegar (5%) Green dill Use small pods; cut off as much stem as possible, wash and drain. Prick with a fork and pack in jars. Place small bunch of dill and garlic bud in each jar. Boil water, vinegar and salt until salt dissolves. Pour over okra and put on caps. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes. |
