CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice with herbs
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
2 oz. jar pimentos
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper

Cook rice as directed. Mix all ingredients with rice in a very large bowl. Put in a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
