APPLE CRUNCH 
6 large apples
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed

Heat oven to 350°F. Pare, core and slice apples. Combine sugar and cinnamon; mix with apples. Put apples in greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add flour and brown sugar to butter and spread on top of the apple mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
