RHUBARB-APPLE CRUNCH | |
2 c. sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb 1 c. sliced apples 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. quick oats 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 10x10 inch baking dish. Combine rhubarb, apples, sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and cinnamon in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Spoon evenly into dish. Combine oats, brown sugar, 1 cup flour and butter in another large bowl. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb and apples. Bake until top is lightly browned, about 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream. |
