FLORENTINE STUFFED PASTA SHELLS 
2 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix above together. Cover bottoms of two 9 x 13 inch pans with marinara sauce. Stuff cooked jumbo pasta shells; place on pan and put a line of marinara sauce down the middle of shells and sprinkle Mozzarella over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

You are probably thinking of "a la Florentine" - this recipe doesn't claim to be 'in the style of' (aka a la Florentine), but rather, just from the place (Florence), similar to what's inferred in the title "Boston Baked Beans".
