CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM 
6 fairly large half breasts
1 can mushrooms (drained)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sherry wine
1 c. sour cream
Paprika

Arrange chicken in shallow dish so pieces don't overlap. Cover with mushrooms. Combine soup, sherry and sour cream until blended. Pour over chicken completely covering. Sprinkle with paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
