SOUR CREAM DIPS WITH VARIATIONS
Power level: Low. Temperature: 90 degrees. Approximate microwave time: 4 to 5 minutes.

1. Use 1 cup (8 ounce) dairy sour cream as a basis for the following variations. In 1 quart casserole or microwave ovenproof bowl, stir sour cream together with ingredients of one of the variations, insert temperature probe so tip is in center of dip. Cover with plastic wrap, arranging loosely around probe to vent.

2. Attach cable end at receptacle. Microwave at Low set temperature, set 90 degrees. Stir before serving.

NOTE: Due to the delicate nature of sour cream, it is best microwaved at Low. On models not equipped with probe use minimum microwave time and check for doneness.

DEVILED HAM DIP:

1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
