3/4 c. cornstarch 1 c. butter 1/3 c. powdered sugar 1 c. flour Cream butter until soft, add rest of ingredients. Mix by hand. Form into balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. FROSTING: 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. lemon juice Yellow food coloring Frost cookies when cool. May add a little milk if needed. |
