1 c. butter
1/3 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. corn starch
1 c. sifted flour

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cream or 1 tbsp. milk

Mix cookie ingredients. Batter will be thick and buttery. Form dough into balls and flatten with a spoon. Slightly grease cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool slightly and frost.
