BARBECUED LIMA BEANS 
2 c. lima beans, soaked overnight
2 lb. pork
1 diced onion
1/4 c. bacon fat
1 garlic bud
1/3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 can tomato soup
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt

Soak beans. Brown the pork and onions with bacon fat and garlic. When brown, add rest of ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
