1 qt. zucchini, cook & drain
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix, chicken flavored

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 5 minutes before taking out of oven, add grated Cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
