CHINESE SALAD 
1 can Chinese mix vegetables
1 can English peas
1 can French style green beans
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 sm. jar pimento

Drain vegetables. Dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup cooking oil. Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight.
