4 egg yolks
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can flaked coconut
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix egg yolks, Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice until thick. Fold in crushed pineapple, flaked coconut and Cool Whip. Pour into cool pie shell or a graham cracker crust can be used. Pour meringue on top and brown. You may add 1/2 cup chopped nuts if desired.
