HOT TOMATO HAMBURGER | |
1 lb. lean beef or turkey 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup 1 can (10 oz.) Rotel diced tomatoes 1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) tortillas chips 1 c. grated cheese Brown meat and onions; drain well, mix soup and tomatoes and crushed tortilla chips. Layer ingredients in 2 quart casserole, beginning with chips and ending with chips. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly. |
