OMELET 
6 slices bread
Green peppers
Mushrooms
Velveeta cheese
Cheddar cheese
1 doz. eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper
Ham

6 slices bread in 9 x 13 pan over that cut up peppers, mushroom and ham as much as you would like. Then a layer sliced Velveeta cheese then 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. Beat 1 dozen eggs, add 3 cups milk, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over other ingredients. Cover with tin foil and put in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Very good served with toasted English muffins.
