1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
3/4 c. applesauce
6 tbsp. catsup
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix lightly with a fork. Shape into a loaf and bake in a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
