1 c. orange juice
2 tsp. orange rind
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
Pinch of salt

Cook until slightly thick. Boil sweet potatoes an drain water. Pour sauce over potatoes. Cook for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
