CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. hen (boned & cut into bite-size pieces)
2 lg. onions
1 stalk celery, chopped

Cook celery and onions in some chicken broth. Boil 1 package (5 ounce) egg noodles separately in broth.

Mix:

1 can English peas
2 cans cream mushroom soup
1 sm. jar chopped pimento

Put all together to make 3 medium casserole dishes. Slice 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Freezes well, but freeze before baking.
