WHITE CHOCOLATE BANANA BLUEBERRY
SMOOTHIE

1 regular bag Nestle's white chocolate chips
4 tsp. low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk or vanilla soy milk.
1 tsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. oval tine chocolate milk powder
1 banana
1 full container fresh blueberries

In a regular microwavable sized bowl (plastic cereal bowl), add in half the bag of white chocolate chips and the 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk/vanilla soy milk. Put in microwave for about 45 seconds (not to the point of chocolate chips melting, but pretty soft).

Once heated, pour into blender/food processor. Now add 2 teaspoons of cream cheese, the peanut butter, and the Ovaltine to the heated milk and chocolate. Close lid and blend together until smooth. Open the lid, add half container of blueberries and blend. Add the remaining blueberries and blend again.

Next, add the full banana, a few pieces at a time and blend. Lastly, add the remaining two teaspoons of cream cheese and blend one last time.

Now just set in refrigerator and chill to your liking and enjoy. (Serves 2 to 3 or 3 to 4 glasses depending on size of glass)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
