HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
1 c. sugar 2 - 20 oz. cans pineapple chunks 2 c. grated cheese (med. cheddar) 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 c. butter 6 tbsp. flour 6 tbsp. pineapple juice Drain pineapple, reserve 6 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour; stir in juice. Add cheese and pineapple. Mix well. Pour into well greased 2 quart casserole. Place buttered crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown. |
