HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into small pieces
1/2 c. grated cheese
Miniature marshmallows

Reserve liquid from pineapple and cook with 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 egg until thick.

Layer pineapple, cream cheese, miniature marshmallows.

Pour sauce mixture over layers, top with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
