CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 sm. unpeeled orange, ground with seeds removed

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Add enough water to make 1/2 cup. Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water. Add syrup and lemon juice. Chill until partially set, then stir in fruit, celery and nuts. Chill until firm.
