FRENCH RHUBARB PIE 
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced rhubarb
2 tbsp. flour

Mix the above mixture together and put in unbaked pie shell.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix till crumbly and put on top of rhubarb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
