1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sour cream Pastry filling of your choice Cut butter into flour as for pie crust. Stir in sour cream until blended. Divide dough into 2 parts. Wrap each and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Roll out dough on floured board. Flour rim of glass and press down into dough to make kolacky. Put thumb print impression in center of each round and fill. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Watch; do not get too brown. |
