TEX - MEX DIP 
1 can bean dip

2ND LAYER:

3-4 sm. avocados, mashed with
Lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
Cayenne pepper (more than tip of knife)

3RD LAYER:

8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. mayonnaise

Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix (about 3/4 of a package or to individual taste.)

4TH LAYER:

Thinly sliced green onions

5TH LAYER:

Chopped or sliced black olives

Preferably Lindsey brand, drained well.

6TH LAYER:

Sliced cherry tomatoes

(The fresh Italian plum tomatoes work better - less seeds; less liquid.)

7TH LAYER:

Top with grated cheddar cheese
Serve with Corn chips

(Fine grated cheese can be found at Gardner's and other specialty shops.)
