LYNN'S PIE CRUST | |
1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. flour 1/3 c. shortening 3 to 4 tbsp. water Cut in shortening to flour and salt until mixture resembles fine bread crumbs. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons cold water and toss with a fork until it just holds together. Form into a ball and roll out 1/8 inch thick. Set into a 9 inch pie pan. |
