PEANUT BUTTER PENUCHE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cream
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 to 4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chunk style peanut butter
16 marshmallows, quartered
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cream, butter and salt and boil in heavy saucepan for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add peanut butter, marshmallows and vanilla. Mixture should be stiff enough to hold its shape when dropped by teaspoon. Add additional powdered sugar if necessary. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Makes 4 dozen pieces.
