PARMESAN FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 tsp. paprika

Roll fish and place seam side down in an ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a small bowl mix sour cream, Parmesan, tarragon and paprika. Spread over fish. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
