CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 lg. pan cooked cornbread (if using a mix, prepare 2 pkgs.)
1 c. finely chopped green onions
1 green sweet pepper, finely chopped
2 med. tomatoes, cut into cubes
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Crumble cornbread into a large bowl and mix in the mayonnaise and Miracle Whip. Gently stir in the onions, peppers and tomatoes. Chill and serve.

Variation: Add 1 can whole kernel corn (drain first).
