FRUIT FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
1 (2 layer) pkg. cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello brand gelatin (any flavor)
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. grated lemon or orange rind (optional)

Or use pudding included cake mix or use 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend; then beat at medium speed of mixer for 3 minutes or until creamy. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling on cake rack.
