CORN PUDDING 
1 can niblet corn
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk

Melt butter. Mix in flour and corn. Beat eggs; mix all together. Bake in casserole dish at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm (like custard). Stir good at end of 15 minutes.
