EVA'S CORN PUDDING 
2 (11 oz.) cans niblet golden sweet corn
1/2 c. sugar (or sweeten to taste)
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
Dash or 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in baking dish. Drain corn, put in baking dish. Take one measuring cup, put egg in first then add milk until it reaches the 1 cup mark. Pour liquid into corn, add sugar, black pepper, salt and flour. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until firm and golden.
