HAM LOAF 
2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
3 c. corn flakes, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Butter (optional)
Coarse salt (optional)

Combine first 6 ingredients; form into a loaf and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients. Baste loaf occasionally after first 15 minutes of baking. Yield: 10-12 servings.
