ACORN SQUASH BAKE 
Acorn squash
1/2 c. water
Green peas
Cheese

Wash squash, split in half, clean out seeds and bake (cut side down) in baking dish 15 minutes with water. Remove, turn up and fill squash with green peas; top with cheese. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
