3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil

Mix above together.

Add:

2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. steamed or softened raisins

Sift dry ingredients:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Add to zucchini mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes. Cool and frost.

1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
