DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
1 med. (2 c.) zucchini
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan.

In large bowl, at low speed, beat sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs until blended. Increase speed to high, beat until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Reduce speed to low. Add flour, sour cream, cocoa, baking soda, salt. Beat until blended. Increase speed to medium and beat 1 minute.

Fold in zucchini, chocolate morsels and nuts. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
