CHOC-CHOC ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and pour into a 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Mix following ingredients and sprinkle on top:

1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
