CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/4 c. milk
1 c. nuts

TOPPING:

1/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. chocolate chips

In large mixing bowl put flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix in separate bowl butter, sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla, shredded zucchini, milk and nuts. Add to flour mixture. Pour in angel food cake pan and add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
