CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. peeled, shredded zucchini

Cream shortening, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternating with sour milk. Blend in zucchini. Bake in 9x13 pan at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sprinkle on cake before baking.
