CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 (16.1 oz.) pkg. nut quick bread mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Confectioners' sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9" square baking pan. In large bowl combine bread mix, sugar, cinnamon, oil and eggs; mix until well blended. Stir in zucchini and chocolate chips; pour into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool. Sprinkle 10X sugar onto top, if desired. Cover; refrigerate leftovers. 9 servings.
