1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. shredded zucchini
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 pkg. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil and sugar; add eggs. Sift dry ingredients and mix in. Stir in zucchini and chocolate chips. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Well complimented with cream cheese frosting.
