DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. softened butter
3 eggs
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts, walnut
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together except nuts and chocolate chips. Beat batter well, then add nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spread chocolate icing after cake is cold.

Took this cake to work and the guys say it is "delicious" I didn't have a Bundt cake pan so I used my angel food cake pan and it worked fine. I will make it again.
