ZUCCHINI FUDGE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. zucchini, grated
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/3 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter, oil and sugar together until fluffy. Beat eggs, vanilla and buttermilk into first mixture. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini and nuts. Pour into prepared 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle on topping. Bake at 325 degrees 40 to 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips (or more)
3/4 c. nuts
