1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 gal. ice cream, softened
chocolate fudge topping (or chocolate syrup)
cool Whip, nuts, chocolate shavings

Blend cookies. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 dish to form crust. Spread ice cream over crust. Freeze until ice cream is hardened. Spread chocolate fudge or syrup on top of hardened ice cream. Place in freezer until icing is hard. Spread Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle with nuts or chocolate shavings.
