ICE CREAM CAKE 
3 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 container Cool Whip
2 pkgs. pistachio pudding
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter

Crunch up 3/4 package of Oreo cookies. Layer bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Melt butter and pour evenly over cookies. Mix together in separate bowl ice cream, pudding and milk. Pour over cookies. Put in refrigerator and chill until firm. Take out of refrigerator and put Cool Whip on top. Crunch up remaining Oreos and sprinkle on top of Cool Whip. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

P.S. When you crunch up cookies, break them up in chunk to form crust and decorative top on Cool Whip.
