ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 jar chocolate or fudge topping
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Crumble Oreo cookies by hand and spread into 9x13 inch pan. Spread on 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream that has been left out to soften, 1/2 hour or so. Then freeze until hard.

Warm a jar of topping and pour over frozen ice cream, then freeze again. Spread on softened Cool Whip and decorate with sprinkles, etc. Freeze again until you are ready to use.
