BROCCOLI WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
1 box frozen broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. Wisconsin cheese
Liquid drained from cooking broccoli
Milk

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Measure liquid from broccoli and add enough milk to make 1 cup. Melt butter, stir in flour. When bubbling, stir in milk mixture and cook until smooth. Stir in cheese and stir again until smooth. Season broccoli with lemon juice, then pour sauce over all.
